Scott A. Duff Historic Martial Arms

I am seeking interesting muskets and accoutrements from the French and Indian War and Revolutionary War period. My interest in this era is because my ancestor was a Revolutionary War veteran and I live within six miles of Bushy Run Battlefield, 25 miles of Fort Pitt, 35 miles of Fort Ligonier, and 45 miles of Fort Necessity and Jumonville Glen. If you have or find items that you would like to sell or trade, please contact me.
My search for Airborne related items continues. I am seeking
duplicates of some specimens for future donation to a new museum in northern Virginia. If you have any of the following items that are excess to your needs, please contact me. Perhaps we can help each other grow our collections. I am currently seeking M1C paratrooper helmets (early and late patterns). Anything relating to the 11th Airborne Division, including uniforms, wings, patches, medal groupings, books, paper, photographs, and anything ID’d to an 11th Airborne Division member are also being sought. Thank you for your consideration.
Many of you are aware of the reason I am seeking World War II Airborne items, and in particular anything relating to the 11th Airborne Division. My father-in-law served in the 11th from February 1943 through December 1945. He made two combat jumps in the Philippines and received a Purple Heart for wounds received at the Battle of San Pablo Airstrip, Leyte, P.I. He passed away in July 2000. He truly was a member of the Greatest Generation. Through associate membership in the 11th Airborne Division Association, I have come into contact with several members of Tom's squad. I am fortunate and honored to call Paul, LeRoy and Jack my friends; they remain an incredible group of men. - Scott Duff
